COMPANY INFO

RadJet is a Texas LLC founded in 2007 to provide Radial Jetting equipment which can be deployed on Standard Coil Tubing Units. The company owns numerous patents pending and proprietary technologies related to radial jetting. From its main Houston office RadJet offers its services to clients worldwide.

RadJet vs Competitors

Radial jetting technology has been around for more than a decade. However, the Service Providers offering this service it have been severely limited due to their technology. RadJet was founded to adapt and improve the radial jetting technology and allow its delivery by standard coiled tubing units (CTUs). RadJet’s proprietary tools and system allows it to deliver radial jetting well recompletions more reliably and efficiently than its competitors. RadJet is also able to perform jobs in many wells that its competitors cannot.

RadJet was established in 2007 to:

  • Adapt and upgrade the Radial Jetting Technology to standard CTUs
  • Expand its use to high angle and flowing wells
  • Introduce a Tubingless lateral installation system
  • Reduce the installation time and associated costs
  • Improve reliability

RadJet has multiple patents pending covering numerous aspects of the operation

Competitor’s Milling System

  • Unreliable, “hit or miss” system
  • Totally dependent on Operator “Feel”
  • Adequate for substandard or corroded casing

RadJet’s Deflect-O-Mill™ Milling system

  • The combination of a NoGo Assy with a Weight on Bit (WOB) control Sub insure that an optimal weight (48lbs) is apply to the Bit as opposed to the “Guess & Feel” method employed by Competitors
  • This highly controlled downhole environment provides repeatability and reliability
  • The average time to mill one hole is 20 mins depending on casing grade
  • The stability of the system allows for precise monitoring of the process via a clear CT pressure log Signature
  • Any casing grade or weight can be cut

Efficiency

  • RadJet can complete milling and jetting operations for up to 4 laterals with only 2 Coil Tubing Runs
    • Run #1 – Mill 4 holes
    • Run #2 – Jet 4 Laterals
  • Indexing Tool been used over 80 times successfully without a failure
  • Time savings of over 24 hours (at 50 fpm RIH speed) over Competition

Competitors’ Capillary Units

  • Limited Availability- Our competitors use specialized Capillary Units (~0.5”) There are only about 20 such units worldwide
  • Limited Depth- These units are depth limited (<2,000m)
  • Limited Reliability- Downtime at wellsite often greater than 50%

RadJet’s Standard Coil Tubing Units

  • Wide availability- There are over 1,700 standard coil tubing units available around the world
  • Vast Depth Potential- Standard Coil Tubing Units are capable of working at much deeper depth (> 15,000’) than Capillary Units.
  • Great Reliability- Average downtime on wellsite less than 2%

RadJet’s Jetting System vs. Competitors

  • Competitors Rely on Off the Shelf Nozzles
    • lCompetition uses “off the shelf” nozzles designed for sewers clean-out
  • Radjet uses proprietary “Turbine Jet” Nozzles designed for greater penetration of wider rock types
  • Field test:
    • RadJet’s proprietary “Turbine Jet” Nozzle went through 11 inches of cement in 1 minute 7 seconds
    • Conventional Nozzle went no deeper than ½ inch in 10 minutes
